Through a public-private partnership, the Åcahand Foundation made a matching grant to the Idaho STEM Action Center Foundation to support the Success in Education in providing scholarships to middle school and high school students to participate in Idaho Codes. Idaho Codes (https://www.idahocodes.org/) offers an online web development program for 7th -12th grade students in rural, suburban, and urban Idaho communities. Students will take “Coding Foundation” – learning the fundamental elements of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Students will also have the opportunity to take a personality test to discover their pathway in the technology fields of project management, front-end development, and software engineering, among others.
